She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sidney and Hapzibeth; her husband Alun Baker; her sons, Colin (Heidi) and Nigel (Janice); and her great grandchild Gabriel.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home (280 St David St S, Fergus, ON N1M2L5). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to Michael House or Wellington Terrace LTC would be appreciated by Valerie's family.
