He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores. He is survived by: his sons, Bill Forsyth (Roma), Paul Forsyth (Heather) and David Forsyth (Jodie Candaele); his grandchildren, Madeleine, Alexander, Emily, Gillian Forsyth, Emma and Nathan Dupre; his brother Dennis Rogers of Nanaimo, B. C; and his sister-in-law Yvonne Dashwood.
