He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Manderson and June Ratz; his stepfather John Ratz; and his brothers, Lloyd, Cam and Brent Manderson.
He is survived by: his spouse Marg (Gilchrist); his children, Heather Manderson, Murray, Jennifer Manderson, Marsha and Steve Harvey; and his grandchildren, Leo, Pierce, Lincoln, Ila, Eliza, David, Nolan, Payton, Elliott and Ashton. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Speedside United Church (5903 Wellington County Rd 29, Guelph/Eramosa, ON N0B2K0). A reception was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Fergus Legion Branch 275 (500 Blair St, Fergus, ON N1M1S4).
