William John Baxter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William John Baxter (Fergus, Ontario), who passed away on June 5, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, John Baxter (Jackie) of Kitchener, Susan Lee (Allan) of Kitchener and Dan Baxter (Rachel) of London, UK.; his grandchildren, Alexandra, William and Elizabeth; and his siblings, Bob (Marj) and Phyllis.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church (325 St George St W, Fergus, ON N1M1J4). A reception was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Belsyde Cemetery (400 Thistle St, Fergus, ON N1M, Canada).
In lieu of flowers, the family would greatly appreciate donations to Ontario Christian Gleaners or St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Bill's memory.
