He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Cook and Irene Cook; and his sister Susan Smith. He is survived by : his wife Christine Cook; his children, Sarah White (Steve White) of Wasaga, Rachel Cook (Attila Bano) of Dublin, Ireland, Rebecca Cook (Richard Mason) of Barrie, Ruth-Anne Cook (Wayne Flear) of Collingwood and Joshua Cook of Feversham; his grandchildren, Victoria, Kaitlyn, Emma, Grace, Elijah, Vilmos, Levente, Jacob, Gabriel and Lucas; and his sister Joanne Barnett.
