He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Ebert and Ruth Ebert (Kohl); his stepfather Albert DeVos; his wife Diane (Stewart); his children, Aaron (Dawna), Ryan (Jessica), Kevin (Cristina) and Anne-Marie (Denis); and his grandchildren, Isaac, Zachary, Alexis, Ava and Nicholas.
He is survived by: his sister Janet (Jerry Vanhooren); his siblings-in-law, Linda Slote (Jerry) and Mark Stewart (late Carol-Le); his aunt Eileen; and his uncle Jack Greason. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Good Shepherd Venture Centre Food Bank and the Cancer Assistance Program (CAP).
