He was predeceased by : his wife Faye MacLean; his sons, Brian, Warren and Glenn; his parents, James "Jim" and Jenny Stewart (Nee Daber); and his brother Oral (late Doreen).

He is survived by : his son Gary (Becky) of Bailieboro, ON.; his grandchildren, Tina (Brad), Stephanie (Rob), Heather (Alex), Alan (Laura), Brianna (Brandon), Taryn, Greg (Adi) and Elizabeth; his great grandchildren, Tori (Chris), Brayden, Bryce, Andrew, Blake, Weston, Lawson, Kinsley, Grayson, Sawyer and Evaley; his nieces and nephews, Jimmy, Bruce, Judy and Corrine; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Dollock and Gayle Fraser.
