It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ron Weir of Fitzroy Harbour, Ontario, who passed away on August 19, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ron Weir to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Weir and Velma Weir. He is survived by : his wife Darlene; his children, Alex (Eliza), Bethany Braun (Adam) and Ivan; his siblings, Gary (Pat) of Fitzroy Harbour and Lillian Collins (Keith) of Arnprior; his father-in-law John Campbell (late Edith) of Fitzroy; and his siblings-in-law, Don Campbell (Gail) of Fitzroy Harbour, Ken Campbell of Fitzroy Harbour and Glen (Susie Watson) of Galetta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Friends and extended family are invited to the family farm, 2063 Aylwin Road, Fitzroy Harbour for a time to share memories of Ron on Thursday afternoon from 2 to 4 p.m. In memory, please consider a donation to the Canadian Food Grains Bank or St. George's Anglican Church General Fund (Fitzroy Harbour).
