It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carl Ritchie Stewart (Flesherton, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 89, on March 2, 2024. He was predeceased by : his siblings, Jim Stewart, Dorothy Comeau, Orville Stewart and Edith Thompson; and his parents, Harvey Stewart and Lila Stewart.

He is survived by : his wife Joyce; his children, Deborah Hudson (Rick), Allen (Joanne), Mark (Donna), Linda Taylor (Russell) and Christopher (Mijo); his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Stephen, Jaimie, Cara, Madison, Shawn, Ryan, Shelly, Cathy, Emily, Meghan, Kelly, Jeremy and Jaedyn; and his great grandchildren, Porter, Haidyn, Vince, Grayson, Jack, Thomas, Harley, Leigh, Joyce, Hannah, Abigail, Kendall, Ryan, Noah, Lilynn and Jordan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Funeral Home Chapel (1 Highland Dr, Flesherton, ON N0C1E0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
