He is survived by: his close friend Donna MacLeod; his child Marty Wellwood (Gena); his grandchildren, Brandon (Victoria), Abby and Chloe; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Peebles, Elaine Coleman and Velma Aberbein; David Aberdein (Heather), Jim Stephenson (Erma), Bill Aberdein (Janet), Doug Peebles and Jake Aberdein. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fawcett Funeral Cremation Reception Ltd. (1 Highland Dr, Flesherton, ON N0C1E0).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Centre Grey Health Services Foundation- Meaford Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
