He was predeceased by: his mother Joan. He is survived by: his children, Abagail and Nora; his girlfriend Amy Mothersell of Markdale; his siblings, Fiona Grech of Priceville, Arron Reid (Jenna Monroe), Bridget Grech, Taja Chaschowy, Tom Chaschowy and John Chaschowy; his father David Lepard (Michelle Campbell) of Markdale; and his nieces and nephews, Jesse (Krista), Dylan (Natalie) and James (Jessica).
