He was predeceased by: his mother Lois Butler (McLennan). He is survived by: his father Lonnie Butler (Sharen); his brothers, Chris (Jennifer), Jeff (Karissa) and Joel (Debbie); his nephews, Nick and Gregg; his niece Emily; his aunt Linda; his uncle Harold; and his extended family, Mark, Jim and Adam.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre (679 North St, Dresden, ON N0P1M0). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
