He is survived by : his wife Gail; his children, Dave (Shawn), English Michael English and Amy Bain (Fraser); his grandchildren, Cameron, Emmalee and Kenneth; his sister Cathy McCullough (Tom); and his sisters-in-law, Anne Milton and Judy Maddess. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
