She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Deborah, Gary, Char and Wendy. She is survived by: her parents, Jennifer Rubick-Spence and Rob Stratichuk; her sisters, Emily (Owen), Natalie and Brittany (Austin); her grandfathers, Tim and Pete (Barb); her cousins, Devin, Kaitlynn, Sage, Abby, Charlotte, Ben, Rachel and Carter; and her aunts and uncles, Steph, Chelle, Kevin, Cher and Brian.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pelham Funeral Home (1292 Pelham St, Fonthill, ON L0S1E0). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Pelham Funeral Home Chapel (1292 Pelham St, Fonthill, ON L0S1E0).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Welland SPCA (700 E. Main St., Welland, ON L3B 3Y4) and the YWCA, kindly direct donations to The Power of Being a Girl (https://www.ywcaniagararegion.ca) in Grace's memory.
