He was predeceased by: his daughter Mary Jane; his sisters, Margo (Dougie) and Penny (Arthur); and his parents, Tom Hendrie and Mary Hendrie.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Stephen (Rose), Shelagh (Paul), Susan (Frank) and Paul (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Stephanie (Troy), Jennifer (Dashan), Tyson, Liam, Heather (Tom), Colin, Emma, Hannah and Maggie; and his sisters, Johanne and May.
