Vivian Smyth Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2025, at the age of 87, Vivian Smyth (Fonthill, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vivian Smyth to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her husband David; her sister Joanne Jenkins; her sisters-in-law, Brenda Jalbert and Mary Ellen Patterson; her children, Jeff Smyth (Lori), Jennifer Maurice (Daniel) and Jamie Smyth; her grandchildren, Jeremy Smyth (Josee), Rebecca Nadeau (Drake), Madison Dempsey (Ian) and Chad Maurice (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Jana Smyth, Jonah Smyth, Jack Smyth and Rory Dempsey; her brother-in-law Tom Jenkins; and her cousin Sharon Leavens. She is also survived by nephews as well as many cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pelham Funeral Home (1292 Pelham St, Fonthill, ON L0S1E0). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Alexander Catholic Church (50 Pelham Town Square, Fonthill, ON L0S1E0).
