Nancy Martin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Martin of Fordwich, Ontario, who passed away on October 22, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nancy Martin to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Josiah Martin and Lavina Martin (Gingrich); her husband Aaron M. D. Martin; her daughters, Mary Bauman and Betty; her sons-in-law, Leland Biehn and Gary Martin; her grandson Dennis; her great grandchild Angela; and her siblings, Lucinda Gingrich, Sydney G. Martin, John G. Martin, Eli G. Martin and Mary Weber.
She is survived by: her children, Salema, Daniel Horst of Fordwich, Elmer, Kaye Martin of Milton Freewater, Oregon, Anna, Raymond Weber of Aylmer, Eli, Elizabeth Martin of Gowanstown, John, Janet Martin of Thamesville, Erma Martin of Thunder Bay, Alma, Robert Horst of Thamesville and Nancy Biehn of Fordwich; her son-in-law Merle (Helen Bauman); and her sibling Louida Sauder. She is also survived by 66 grandchildren and 217 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brookside Mennonite Church (7800 Perth Rd 131, Listowel, ON N4W3G9). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Woodlawn Mennonite Fellowship (6449 Wellington County Rd 11, Moorefield, ON N0G2K0).
