It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlie Smith (Forest, Ontario), who passed away on March 2, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charlie Smith to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his siblings, Annie, Sandy, Willie, Chrissy, Jock, Victor, Mary, Arthur and Margaret.

He is survived by : his wife Gwen (Herdman); his daughters, Yvonne Flett (Raymond), Sonia Smith and Lorene Smith; his grandchildren, Scott (Fiona), Lynsay, Blair (Steve), Melissa (Tyler), Hayley, Jesse, Vicki (Isaac), Hunter, Ryder, Norah, Callum and Joey; and his brother Lawrence.

A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Dods & McNair Memorial.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Groves Memorial Community Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
