He was predeceased by : his parents, Deane Clark and Edna Clark; and his brothers, Clarence and Robert. He is survived by : his children, Don (Arlene) and Diana (Ian); his grandchildren, Jesse (Jeremy), Derek, Blaine (Angela) and Adam (Sara); his great grandchildren, Hailey, Liam, Alex, Caitlyn, Connor, Victoria, Morgan, Clayton, Claire, Cory and Phoebe; and his siblings, Allen and Mary.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Forest Legion Br #176 or charity of choice.
