She was predeceased by : her parents, Ludwig Scherm and Greta Lindner. She is survived by : her spouse Uwe Willy; her grandchildren, Jimmy Aldridge, Adam Aldridge (Jenny), Cameron Seybold and Nicholas Seybold; and her siblings, Marianne Leyendecker, Lothar Scherm and Gisela Ehms. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and cousins.

For those who wish, memorial donations to St. Joseph's Hospice of Sarnia would be appreciated by the family.
