He was predeceased by : his father Russel Shawnoo; his grandparents, Huron and Lillian George; his brother Benny; and his parents-in-law, Earl and Judy Oliver.

He is survived by : his wife Greta Shawnoo; his children, Whitney Oliver-Shawnoo, Alex Shawnoo and Cierra Shawnoo; his grandchild Brook Oliver-Shawnoo; his mother Gloria George; and his siblings, Murry (Judy), Kerwin, Frank, Vanessa (Bruce), Nicole, Brenda (Hubert), Earl (Carla), Margaret (Scott), Julie, Mary (Marty) and Tony. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
