With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Sullivan (Forest, Ontario), born in Lucan, Ontario, who passed away on September 29, 2018 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Ronald Sullivan; her children, Anne Venhola (Jim) and Rob Sullivan (Sheila); her grandchildren, Derek (Brandy), Heather (Chris), Craig (Leanne), Greg (Paige), Samantha (Brent) and Amanda; and her great grandchildren, Hailey, Bryden, Austin, Alina, Brooklyn and Madson.
