He was predeceased by: his spouse Verly Jean Stubbs (Cochrane); his stepchildren, Thomas Jeffrey, Robert "Cobb" and Deborah; and his parents, Raymond Stubbs and Muriel Stubbs.

He is survived by: his stepchildren, Norma Jean, Albert Shaw, Jackie, Leonard MacGregor, Vivian Reid, Alan Dallner, Stacey Smith, Brad, Mary Smith, Tamela Smith and Tony Shepperd; and his siblings, Sharon, Andrew Adams, Doug and Dale Stubbs. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
