He is survived by: his spouse Ariel Hendrickx; his children, Ethen Dale, Maddison and Zander; his parents, Alphonse Hendrickx (Anita Ward) and Lori Nieuborg; his brother Joe Hendrickx (Malorie); his brother-in-law Coleman Lefaivre (Leah); his sibling's children, Ceilidh, Cassidy Hendrickx, Brody Cahill and Amrya Cahill; his godchildren, Calee Oliver, Gunner Marsh, Lennex Marsh, Oliva Hollingsworth and Liam; and his close friends, Joe Marsh, Tami Ridley and Bobby Szmiett Jr.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends.
