It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Cecil Harper (Forest, Ontario), who passed away on February 14, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Harper and Ethel Harper; his great grandchild Holden; and his siblings, Velma, Lee, Merle and Murray.

He is survived by : his children, Terry (Brenda) and Don (Alfreda); his grandchildren, Melissa (Chris), Sara (Jeff), Paula (Steve), Donia, Elea (Matt) and Ralon; his great grandchildren, Toryn, Addalyn, Henry, Alex, Jacob, Kalie, Logan and Adley; his siblings, Allen, Maxena, Leroy, Fay, Fern, Reid, Lois and Raymond; his siblings-in-law, John, Marion Broy, Gord and Judy Minielly; and his wife Frances (Minielly).

Memorial donations to VON or Bayshore Home Health would be appreciated by the family.
