She was predeceased by: her husband John Wassing; her parents, Carl Bach and Lois Bach (Easterbrook); and her brothers, Ronald and Robert Bach.
She is survived by: her brother Andrew; her children, Jamie Zielke (Sonia) and Kimberly Schlueter (Jeremy); her stepchildren, Laura Gingrich (Jason) and Rob Wassing (Melissa); her grandchildren, Christina, Catherine, Benjamin, Thomas, Isabella and Joshua; and her stepgrandchildren, Kalliope, Carmendi and Ariel.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 4:00 PM at the St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery (5025 Ament Line, Linwood, ON N0B2A0).
