He was predeceased by: his father Paul Blais; and his grandparents, Leo Blais, Donald and Leila Pettigrew. He is survived by: his mother Faith Smith; his brother Dylan Smith; his grandmother Viola Blais; and his friends, Nik, Stacey Drake, Adam Dellow and Shane Lockrey. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, and cousins.
