He was predeceased by: his father Paul Blais; and his grandparents, Leo Blais, Donald and Leila Pettigrew. He is survived by: his mother Faith Smith; his brother Dylan Smith; his grandmother Viola Blais; and his friends, Nik, Stacey Drake, Adam Dellow and Shane Lockrey. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the St. James' Presbyterian Church (19 Main St N, Forest, ON N0N1J0).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to London Health Sciences Centre.
