Ward Smith Sr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2018, Ward Smith Sr. (Forest, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Maxine. He is survived by: his significant other Pamela George; his children, Tim (Shannon), Ian (Kathy), Alexis (Jay), Lacy (Scott), Ward (Melissa), Jason (Lisa), Erica (Jeremy), Amber (Ryan) and Aaron (Ashley); his significant other Tucker; and his siblings, Steven (Andrea), Clifford (Joan) and Elaine (Walt). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

For those who wish, in lieu of flowers, memoriam donations to the Parkinson's Society of Southwestern Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
