She was predeceased by: her parents, Gezinus Kok and Hinke Kok. She is survived by: her brothers, Ron (Hilda Kok), Harry (Francis), John (Liz), Ralph, Eli and Jerry Kok; and her sisters-in-law, Anne Kok, Annie Kok and Barb Kok.
