He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell and Isla; his brother Roy Brush; and his brother-in-law Ernie Packet. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Brush (McGee); his children, Becky Barnes (Mike) and Brian Brush (Sue); his grandchildren, Abbie, Joe, Sam, Sadie, Madison (Darcy), McKenna, Riley, Parker, Rhys, Holton and Chloe; his sister Donna Packet; and his sister-in-law Gayle.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dennings Funeral Home (9 James St S, Forest, ON N0N 1J0). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Forest United Church (21 James St N, Forest, ON N0N1J0). A burial was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Beechwood Cemetery (90 Beechwood Ave, Forest, ON N0N1J0).
