She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert Quackenbush; her parents, Kathleen Millar and Ernest Millar; and her children, Tom (Diane), Ann (Greg) and Lori (Dave).

She is survived by: her siblings, Ralph Millar and Helen Millar; her grandchildren, Heather (Curtis), Scott (McKenzie), Sarah and Kyle Leah (Melissa); her stepgrandson Mitch; and her great grandchildren, Colton, Jack and Jordan.
