He was predeceased by : his parents, Morley Wall and Dorothy Wall; his sister Lois Ballagh; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Braddon, Edwin Fedy, Morley Kirstine and Janet Zettler.

He is survived by : his wife Dianne Wall; his children, Sherry Wall (Rob Clark) of Molesworth, Kim, Tim Schiestel of Teeswater, Lori and Darren Vander Hoek of Ripley; his grandchildren, Brandon Taylor, Karissa Schiestel (Nathan), Kirk Schiestel (Kayla), Tegan, Keaton Vander Hoek and Cody Aigner; his siblings, Elda (Don Jury), Beverley (Harry Moir), Doris Braddon of London, Doug Wall (Ronita Williams), Ken (Diane Wall) and Linda (Dale Edgar); and his siblings-in-law, Walnette Fedy of Hanover, Harry Zettler, Jean of Kincardine, Wayne Zettler, Sandra of Kincardine, Betty, Allan Buckle of Walkerton, Rick and Donna Zettler of Teeswater. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Terry Fox Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
