She was predeceased by: her husband John Joseph O'Brien; and her siblings, Connie, Evelyn, Bud, Archie, Ronnie, Carl and Jimmy.

She is survived by: her sons, Jack (Sandra), Gary (Hedy), Tom (Gail) and Kevin (Terry); and her brother Leon.

A reception will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the McAffee Cemetery (2601 Thompson Rd, Fort Erie, ON L2A6T8).
