He was predeceased by: his former wife Marie Bailey; his wife Ellen Bailey; his sons, Dave Bailey and Paul Bailey; his stepchildren, Randy Bailey, Shari Breen, Tammy Bailey and Travis Bailey; and his grandchildren, Cody, Jodie, Deanne, Johnny, Wayne, Allisha, Tasha, Marcus, James, Travis Jr., Payton, Kristina, Jennifer, Cory and Rachel.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jane, Mary and Ken. He is also survived by his great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
