He was predeceased by : his brother Charlie. He is survived by : his sons, Jay (Tami) and Nick (Elaine); his grandchildren, Myles (Laura), Alex (Andrea), Jessica (Tyler) and Joshua (Jordan); and his great grandchildren, Addison, Macie, Wyatt, Levi and Blake.
