She was predeceased by : her husband Cecil Winger; her sisters, June Graham, Norma Mayberry and Betty Everett; and her parents, Arthur Randall and Ruth Randall.

She is survived by : her children, Ronald Winger, Richard Winger, Don Winger (Rose), Ken Winger (Kathy), Jim Winger (Cathy), Jean Gooder (Hap), Larry Winger (Brenda), Patty Winger, Tom Winger (Janet) and Jack Winger (Wendy); and her daughter-in-law Terry Winger. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, also by her many nieces and nephews.
