He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Hoffman and Hilda Hoffman; and his close friend Susan. He is survived by : his sisters, Carol (Ray Bujold) and Linda (Robin Reed); his nieces and nephews, Angela Mitchelson (Reece), Jennifer Brown (Darcy), Mark Bujold (Molly), Christopher Reed (Melanie) and Heather Reed (Shannon Penney); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Roen, Garon, Briar Mitchelson, Jillian, Carter Brown, Benjamin, Evelyn Bujold, Emily, Brady Penney, Trenton and Blake Reed; his granddaughter Sloan; and also Kate.
