She was predeceased by : her parents, Wilfred Radford and Ellen Radford; and her siblings, Harvey, Roy, Richard, June and Marie.
She is survived by : her husband Roy Forsythe; her children, Tim Forsythe (Susanne) of Winnipeg and Wendy Seeley (James) of Dryden, Ont.; her grandchildren, Carrie, Tracey, Jonathan, Elizabeth and Jaime; her great grandchildren, Jacee, Izaac, Kloe, Jacobi and Sasha; and her sister Rita Forsythe (Gerald) of International Falls. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
