He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward A. Kellsey and Dorothy M. Kellsey (Snell); and his brother Kenneth Kellsey (Mavis). He is survived by : his daughter Vicki Kellsey; his grandson Lucas Ilkka; his son Vincent Kellsey (Rose Kellsey); his sister Doreen McCarthy (Jack) of Brisbane; his nieces, Cindy Mahoney (Gary) and Shelley (Bruce); his cousin Colleen Hink (Don); and his nephews, Jason Kellsey (Lisa) of Manitoba and Timothy McCarthy of Brisbane Australia.
