He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Johnson (Fylkow); his parents, Mary Johnson and Edward Johnson; his mother-in-law Helen Fylkow; and his brother-in-law Robert Mainville.
He is survived by: his siblings, Terry, Rick, Mary, Kathy and Leeann; his wife Patti; his daughters, Aimee, Dawn and Heather; his sons-in-law, Aimee Matheson (Chris), Dawn Redford (Boomer) and Heather Johnson; his father-in-law Peter Fylkow; and his sibling Linda (Ross).
