He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Rosie Madden; his parents, Virgina Kelly and Patrick Kelly Sr.; his grandparents, Gilbert Blackburde, Charlotte Blackburde, Alex Kelly and Marjorie Kelly; his siblings, Janice Blackburde, Murray Kelly and Rocky Kelly; his niece Jocelyn Kelly Duck; his uncle John Madden; and also Orval.

He is survived by: his siblings, Patrick Kelly (Lois), Ronalda Kelly, Brenda Kelly and Carol Kelly (Clifton); his daughter Stephannie Markwich; and his grandson Gabriel Markwich.
