He is survived by: his son Van Clyde Ditmars; his wife Blondie; his stepmother Jean Ditmars; his siblings, Enid Alderdice, Guy Ditmars (Vi) and Kelly Ditmars; and his brother-in-law Don Sobush (Jan). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
