He was predeceased by : his brother Darren; his grandparents, John, Doris Whitefish, Willie and Lizzie Ottertail; his aunts and uncles, Roma Queen Whitefish, Rita Councillor, Beatrice Ottertail, Marie Ottertail, Thomas Whitefish, Norman Whitefish, Brian Whitefish and Billy Ottertail; and his cousins, Duane and Jennifer.

He is survived by : his parents, Ralph Ottertail and Joan Ottertail; his daughters, Selena and Kara; his siblings, Ralph Jr., Dawn (Darren), Cory, Christopher and Crystal (Roger); his niece Aaliyah; his nephew Sidney; his uncles, Elmer Whitefish, Clifford Whitefish, Wayne Whitefish (Beatrice) and Douglas; his aunt Shelia Whitefish (Gerry); and his cousins, Gish, Dorothy, Delbert, Leslie, Stacey, Barry, Quendy, Mike, Jackie, Cindy, Jason, Dez, Corinne, Jonathan, Blair, Josh, Saxon and Lisa.

COVID 19 Restrictions will be in place. Everyone will be asked to wear a mask and follow social distancing practices.
