Valeda Marie Cousineau Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valeda Marie Cousineau (Fort Frances, Ontario), who passed away on September 26, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John DeGagne and Marie DeGagne; her husband Jerome Cousineau; and her siblings, Amedee (Jesse), Anita, Irene (Leonard), Gertie (Clarence), Ed, Denis (Rosemarie), Claude, Rolande (Fred), Louis (Carol) and Philip.

She is survived by : her children, Diane Darvell (Jerry), Adele Henry (Garry), Gary Cousineau (Kathy), Jeannette Dann (Bill), Sharon Cousineau (Hugh), Brian Cousineau, Ernest Cousineau (Janine), Gerald Cousineau (Michelle), Marlene Gloster (Steve), Melody Audet (Yvon), Adam Cousineau, Patricia McMahon (Dean) and Michelle Cousineau (John); her sisters, Rita McLeod (Wayne) and Yvette Beck (Ron); and her sisters-in-law, Laura DeGagne, Terry DeGagne and Irene DeGagne. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid 19 Restrictions a private family service will be held at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church.
