He was predeceased by : his parents, William Hayward and Betty Hayward (Adamson). He is survived by : his wife Eleanore Hayward (Woodrow); his children, Brian Hayward (Kathy) and Janet Hayward (Norm); his grandchildren, Jordan, Trevor, Kennedy, Blake and Mya; his brother Paul Hayward (Kathleen); and his sisters-in-law, Frances Simmons (Ernie) and Dorothy Bourdignon (Larry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
As an expression of sympathy, donations would be accepted to the Lung Association.
