We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2020, Erica Brak of Frankford, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Johan Brak and Neeltje Brak; and her siblings, John Brak (Wilma) and Edith Hovestadt (Peter). She is survived by : her siblings, Margaret McCue (David), Martin Brak and Judy De Jong (late Ted). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.

In light of the Covid-19 restrictions, a Celebration of Erica's Life will be held at a later date.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to a Charity of Your Choice would be appreciated by the family.
