He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Conlin and Alma Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Conlin; his children, James Lawson (Wendy), Brockville, Lori Quin (Ed), Athens and Christopher Conlin of Frankville; his grandchildren, Mikayla, Ashley Lawson, Megan and Danielle Quinn; and his siblings, Barbara Connor (Mike) of Barrie, Barry Conlin (Linda) of Smiths Falls, Corrine Perkins (Art) of Perth and Glenn Conlin (Judy) of Ompha. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
