With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Funnell (Gananoque, Ontario), who passed away on May 19, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Kane and Edith Kane; and her husband William Funnell (Bill). She is survived by: her nephew Bill (Lynne Funnell); and her niece Janette Wheeler (George Saunders). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and Life Long Friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tompkins Funeral Home (63 Garden St, Gananoque, ON K7G2T8). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Br# 92 (55 King St E, Gananoque, ON K7G1E8).
