Ernie Jackson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2026, at the age of 96, Ernie Jackson (Gananoque, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, William "Bing", Bernie, George "Puddy", Patrick Jackson, Molly Jackson and Lois Dickson.

He is survived by: his wife Leta; his children, Gloria Mayhew (Peter), Debra McArthur (Garry), David (Cindy) and Brad; his grandchildren, Clinton, Tyler, Leta, Jenny, Vicki, Angie, Jonathon, Christopher, Amanda, Jordy, Josh (Lila), Travis, Tamara and Kayla; and his siblings, Gerry and Mike Jackson. He is also survived by 28 great grandchildren and by 4 great great grandchildren.

As expressions of sympathy donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family.
