She was predeceased by: her brother Chuck Jack. She is survived by: her sons, Josh and Eric (Todd); her mother Anne Jack; and her siblings, Catherine Jack and James (Gloria). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Gananoque Cemetery (512 144, County Rd 32, Gananoque, ON K7G2V1).
In lieu of flowers donations made to the Gananoque and District Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
